La Paillotte pieds dans l'eau is open every lunchtime from 1 July to 31 August.
Outside this period, in May, June and September, the Hôtel Don César's main restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

concept

From La Paillote, Porto Vecchio and its bay are at your feet. Facing the old town of Porto Vecchio, La Paillotte offers an exceptional setting for lunches and drinks with friends. Gather around a cocktail or glass of wine by the water and share moments of peace and conviviality.
The
kitchen
The chef's recipes are a blend of flavours inspired by his travels between Northern Italy and Corsica. The products of the sea and those of the market make up refined dishes, with the colours and scents of the Mediterranean.
On the menu, carpaccios, tartars, mixed salads, fish and grilled meats, a selection of pastas and other specialities to enjoy during a sunny lunch.
